Agricole Hospitality’s first foray into EaDo is a big one, as three new concepts bring modern American food, cocktails and pizza to the neighborhood.

Indianola represents Agricole partners’ Ryan Pera, Morgan Weber and Vincent Huynh and executive chef Paul Lewis’ take on modern American food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Personal family histories and ancestors from across the globe inspire dishes like shakshukah, Chinese rice porridge and Thai-inspired Som Tum salad, and wood grilled Santa Maria steak with tomatillo escabeche.

The name of the game at Vinny’s is pizza, available as a whole pie or by the slice. Made in a style unique to therestaurant, Vinny’s large square pizzas include a base of housemade dough and tomato sauce, topped with a combination of Wisconsin Brick and Parmesan cheeses. Toppings range from housemade chorizo and Italian sausage to Brussels sprouts and guajillo chili sauce.

Starting Saturday, November 10, Miss Carousel opens at 4 p.m., featuring a mix of 25-30 original and classic cocktails and a small but precise food menu.
