EaDo residents can look forward to a new way to shop, work and relax with Lovett Commercial’s upcoming project slated for the blocks between Delano and Ennis streets.
The currently existing structures in these blocks—totaling 99,000 square feet—are expected to remain in place, but will feature new facades and interiors as they fill up with shops, offices, restaurants and art spaces.
The plans for the development include a central walking corridor and patio seating, making the complex a pedestrian-friendly addition to our growing neighborhood.
We’ll update with more details when they become available, but in the meantime we’re excited about the possibilities and look forward to the renovation.
