The Houston Dynamo and Dash begin individual practice
Both the Men’s National Soccer League and Women’s National Soccer League have permitted teams to return back to the field for individual practice this week. The individual practice is voluntary and must adhere to local government and stadium regulations—including an emergency COVID-19 action plan in place by each team in advance.
The City of Houston has renewed their contract with NRG, which includes a focus on renewable energy, a first step in the Houston Climate Action Plan. The new contract is set to save the city an estimated $9.3 million in its annual electricity bill and an estimated total savings of $65 million over seven years. More details can be found on the Green Houston website.
