In this digest: Vaccines for every adult in Texas, EaDo’s top-notch breakfast tacos, and a chance to be cornhole champion.

COVID Vaccinations Update

Starting next Monday, March 29, every adult in Texas will be eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine (where available). The expansion, which includes those 18 and older, also extends to ages 16 and up for Pfizer vaccines. Note: Those over the age of 80 will still be prioritized. A website and toll-free number will launch soon to help vaccine seekers locate and register for appointments.

A “Hall of Fame” Breakfast Taco

Houston Chronicle food critic, Alison Cook, praised an EaDo favorite this week. Chef Vanarin Kuch’s Koffeteria served up a Cambodian-inspired breakfast taco and a “show-stopping pastry” that left her craving more. Stop by Koffeteria or order online to experience their dazzling dishes for yourself.

Cornhole Tournament

Loosen up your tossing arm and head down to Little Woodrow’s EaDo on Saturday, March 27, for beer specials and a 3 p.m. cornhole tournament. Register your team with the bartender and earn a prize by finishing the day in one of the top two spots.
