Helping business owners and residents maintain and improve property values is integral to making the community an attractive place to live and do business. Part of the EaDo District’s service to business owners and the community is executing maintenance and beautification projects to create a welcoming physical landscape that encourages economic growth.

Because graffiti is an eyesore for commercial properties that can discourage business, EaDo District provides free graffiti abatement for all assessment-paying businesses.

The District works with other governmental entities, including the City of Houston, to remove graffiti and tagging. Calls to the City of Houston’s 311 Services Hotline will generate work orders to have graffiti abated from city/public property. You may also log on to Houston311 to report graffiti online. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards up to $5,000 for anonymous reports by phone at 713-222-TIPS, by text message to TIP610 TO CRIMES(274637), or via the Crime Stoppers website.

To report graffiti and request removal from the EaDo District specifically, please send an email here with a signed copy of this graffiti authorization form.
