Celebrate the holidays early in EaDo

Christmas Day is still over a week away, but the seasonal celebrations will be hard to miss this weekend. We encourage you to get out and enjoy all the festive fun that EaDo has to offer.

It starts with Santa Claus coming to town on Friday to make a special appearance at J-Bar-M Barbecue during the Glam Wagon Christmas Party. In addition to shopping and smoked meats, attendees will be treated to the musical talents of Scotty Alexander and his fiddle.

Texas Tailgate is making sure everyone has something to open this year by giving away tamales at Customer Appreciation Day on Friday and organizing a toy drive for kids in need on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Truck Yard Houston is also getting in on the yuletide action, but not without adding a trademark twist. The annual Onesie Party is ready to reward the most fashionable revelers on Saturday. Make plans to strut your stuff and spread some cheer during the competition.

In addition, local small business supporter The Brunch! will host its annual Holiday Cheer Market at Pitch 25 on Sunday. The shopping extravaganza starts at 2 p.m. and features music, food, drinks, giveaways, and more.

Finally, Chapman & Kirby transformed their private lounge into a stunning winter wonderland, complete with seasonal cocktails. It’s a great place to wind down after a busy weekend and enjoy some holiday flair.
